Welcome to AI Unplugged. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Unplugged website, products, and services ("Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

Use of Services

Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use strong passwords (e.g., a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Services and their original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Unplugged and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AI Unplugged.

User Content

By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Services ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display the User Content in connection with the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any User Content that you submit.

Payment Terms

Subscription Services

Some of our Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.

Fee Changes

AI Unplugged, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the fees for the subscriptions. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.

Refunds

Certain refund requests for subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of AI Unplugged.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Unplugged, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
  • Any content obtained from the Services; and
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content,

whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

AI Unplugged, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that:

  • The Services will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location;
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected;
  • The Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or
  • The results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
